Niacin is necessary for over 50 body processes, including nervous and digestive system functions. It stabilizes blood sugar levels, aides in the production of sex hormones, reduces cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, and helps release energy from foods.

It may also increase oxygen and glucose levels in nerve cells. More studies need to be conducted to confirm these claims, however.

It may also relieve leg cramps and improve circulation in the arms and legs of people suffering from Raynaud’s disease. Some claim Ginkgo can aid headaches, tinnitus, impotence, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis and vision loss due to diabetes.

Siberian Ginseng stimulates the adrenal glands, which helps eliminate stress hormones from the body. It also seems to tone the uterus and is beneficial for relieving various menstrual and menopausal symptoms. Some have used Siberian ginseng to treat male and female infertility, and even impotence. It also seems to boost the activity of T-cells, which is why it gives the immune system a boost in fighting colds and flu. It has been noted that the herb has a calming effect on the nervous and digestive systems.
Other conditions that may benefit from the power of Siberian ginseng include chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and Alzheimer’s.

Taurine is also thought to have antioxidant properties.Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and breast milk, and it’s commonly available as a dietary supplement. Other studies suggest that taurine combined with caffeine improves mental performance, although this finding remains controversial.
